Utility Cabinet Wrap Unveiling Ceremony– 2025 Recap

On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, Historic Downtown Liberty, Inc. proudly unveiled the winning designs from the Third Annual Utility Cabinet Wrap Design Competition. The celebration began at Cody’s Quick Stop (405 E. Mill Street) with the first reveal designed by Adrian M. – Liberty North High [option 4 below], followed by a second unveiling at the corner of Harrison and Mill Street designed by Xlaysia – Liberty High School [option 3 below].

This annual event honors the creativity and talent of local high school students whose artwork was selected through a community voting process. The Utility Cabinet Wrap Project is a collaboration between Historic Downtown Liberty and Liberty Public Schools, made possible with generous support from the Liberty Arts Commission and the Community Improvement District.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate these incredible young artists and help beautify our downtown with vibrant student-created public art.

Stay tuned for the 2026 Utility Cabinet Wrap Design Competition and community voting—coming next spring!
